Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the air conditioner must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Products that have been installed, used, damaged after delivery, or altered from their original condition will not be accepted for return, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We do not offer exchanges for our products, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in selected cases after review by Energywise, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds may be considered for issues such as an incorrect product being delivered, a defective air conditioner, duplicate payment, product unavailability after payment, or an approved cancellation before delivery or installation.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after review. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the transportation or shipping costs of returning an air conditioner unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect product being delivered or a defective product, or where otherwise required by law.

Processing Time

Once the returned air conditioner is received, it will be inspected and reviewed to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. Any approved refund or resolution will be processed within 7 business days.
